All artwork, images, and content on this site — including original paintings, prints, photographs, and written material — are the property of Emily Whitish and are protected by copyright law. This includes work that has been sold. Selling a print or an original painting transfers ownership of that physical object, not the copyright to the image itself.

Prints
Purchasing a print entitles you to display it for personal or business decor use. It does not grant the right to reproduce, scan, photograph for resale, rework, or otherwise copy the image for distribution or commercial resale.

Original paintings
Purchasing an original painting transfers ownership of that one-of-a-kind piece. Emily Whitish retains the copyright and reserves the right to reproduce the image (for example, as a print or in a portfolio) unless otherwise agreed upon in writing at time of sale.

General use
No content on this site may be downloaded, copied, or reproduced without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial sharing on social media with credit and a link back to this site.
