  • Each print is made to order and professionally produced by creativehub/theprintspace using museum-grade fine art printing. Unframed print orders are typically fulfilled within 2–5 business days. My print company aims to dispatch print-only orders within 48 hours, while handmade framed prints may take up to 10 working days before dispatch. These are target timeframes and may occasionally vary.

  • Each print is made to order by my professional printing partner, theprintspace, and shipped directly to you.

    Orders are shipped worldwide directly from theprintspace fulfillment studios in the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany. Orders are routed according to destination to reduce shipping time and unnecessary international transit. Every shipment includes tracking, and tracking updates are sent once the order is on its way.

    Unframed prints: Free shipping to the US, Canada, and EU. Shipping to other countries is calculated separately.

    Framed prints: Shipping is charged separately and shown at checkout.

  • Handle the print with clean, dry hands and avoid touching the printed surface. For long-term preservation, frame it behind UV-protective glazing and display it away from direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and heat.

  • Each print includes the artist’s digital signature within the artwork and is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity identifying the artwork and artist.

  • Because each print is made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or framing preferences.

    If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me through the website within seven days of delivery. Include clear photographs of the print, packaging, and shipping label so I can arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
